1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to Lucky Kong. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Lucky Kong ("we", "our platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features and content available on the Lucky Kong platform.

By visiting, registering for, or using any part of the Lucky Kong platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the Terms set out here, as well as the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced within this document.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use Lucky Kong's services, you must meet the all the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. Lucky Kong enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof-of-age documents at any time.
• Is an individual registering under their own name, and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list for the Lucky Kong platform or any other recognised gambling platform.
• Not act on the instructions of, or for the benefit of, any third party when using your account.
• Play for personal entertainment, not as a primary source of income.
• Not holding more than one registered account at Lucky Kong — whether in your own name or using another person's details.

Lucky Kong reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason if the above eligibility requirements are not met.

3 Account Registration & Security

By registering a Lucky Kong account, you agree to:

• Providing information that is true, accurate and current including full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and date of birth.
• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure and not sharing them with anyone.
• Notifying Lucky Kong immediately via customer support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

Lucky Kong will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Lucky Kong accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that same as the one used for the deposit.
• Accounts must complete the KYC process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Standard withdrawals (below RM 10,000) will be processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours functioning.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 may require up to 24 working hours and subject to further review.
• Lucky Kong reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if there are signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky Kong offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that are clearly stated in each promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all Lucky Kong bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. A standard rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies before any withdrawal can be made.
• Reload Deposit Bonus: Subject to the rollover requirement stated in the relevant offer, typically between 15x–25x.
• Weekly Cashback: Credited every Monday based on the previous week's net losses. No rollover requirement applies to cashback unless otherwise stated.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins are subject to a 30x rollover before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Lucky Kong reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts or promotion abuse.
• The bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise stated.

Any bonus-related disputes must be reported to the Lucky Kong support team within 7 days from the date the bonus is credited.

6 General Game Rules

All games available at Lucky Kong — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Live Casino and progressive jackpots — are powered by licensed third-party software providers. Game-specific rules can be found in the game information (Paytable or Rules) section within each game title.

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) that cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Any technical issues occurring during a game session will be resolved based on Lucky Kong's server records, which shall be considered the definitive record.
• Lucky Kong reserves the right to void or refund bets in the event of a significant technical error.
• The use of any automation software, bots or third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7 Sports Betting

Lucky Kong's Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), tennis, Formula 1, NBA, e-sports, and more. Specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be changed or cancelled by members, except where the Cash Out option is available.
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from the original time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Lucky Kong reserves the right to void odds in the event of a manifest error in odds compilation.
• For live (in-play) betting, Lucky Kong reserves the right to suspend any market at any time based on match conditions.
• Parlay bets containing related events (e.g., match winner and goalscorer being the same player in the same match) may be rejected or have their odds adjusted.
• All match results are based on the official results issued by the relevant sporting body.

8 Account Prohibitions & Closure

Lucky Kong reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account without prior notice if we suspect or detect any of the following:

• Holding multiple accounts (more than one account per individual).
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent information during registration.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system, including systematic "bonus hunting".
• Use of bots, automation software, or any form of unfair technological advantage.
• Attempts to launder money or engage in other illicit financial activities.
• Fraud involving payment methods (e.g. false chargebacks).
• Attempts to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Threats, offensive language, or inappropriate conduct directed at the Lucky Kong team.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. For account closures requested by the member, any available balance will be returned after undergoing a standard review.

9 Responsible Gaming

Lucky Kong takes social responsibility seriously. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy gaming environment for all our Malaysian members. The following responsible gaming tools are available:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings page.

• The platform will always be available without interruption or technical errors.
• All errors and interruptions will be rectified within a specified timeframe.

Lucky Kong shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss of internet connection on the user's end during a game session.
• Financial losses incurred while playing — please be reminded that all gambling carries the risk of losing money.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

11 Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Lucky Kong reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Lucky Kong platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the appropriate channels in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
